Leveraged on increased footfall in the neighbourhood, the asset enhancement initiatives at Jubilee Square has been embarked in the second quarter of 2012 and completed in the second quarter of 2013.

Taking advantage of the expiry of approximately 40% of leases in the second half of 2012, a repositioning exercise has been developed for the third, sixth and seventh floors to improve tenant mix and bring in more diversified trades.

Capital expenditure for the project was HK$15 million and achieved a return of investment of exceeding 25%.
